Village Treasurer

The Village of Duncan Treasurer performs many duties vital to the daily operations of City Hall.  Listed below you will find many of the duties performed.

• Custodian of all money belonging to the Village
• Record keeping for all receipts, bonds, payments, income, wire transfers
• Monthly report to the Board of all expenditures and income
• Yearly Budget and Audit preparations
• Deposits of all monies received by the Village
