The Village of Duncan Board of Trustees agreed that an Audit Waiver was necessary for the '20'21 fiscal year. Due to the unavailability of a certified accountant, a full audit was not completed. However, the state auditor's office did review our waiver and documents and approved it. The Village has since obtained a secure relationship and contract with a new accounting firm that will be performing a full audit of the '21-'22 fiscal year.
