Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the Village of Duncan current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water.

• $24/mo Water Meter Charge
• $2.00/1,000 gallons water used
• $40/mo Sewer Charge

Late Fees, Returned Check Fees, Service of Notice Fees, Disconnect Fee, Reconnect Fee, Deposit

• $5 late fee for any payment received after 5pm on the 1st of each month
• $20 returned check fee
• $30 Service of Notice fee for notification of impending disconnect due to lack of payment
• $75 disconnect fee if disconnected or on the day of scheduled disconnect even if not disconnected
• $75 reconnect fee upon all other fees and charges being paid in full
• $30 meter deposit due at reconnect or with start of service (deposit will be returned once service has ended, provided that there have been no late fees or disconnects assessed during the service)
