Comprehensive Development Plan Ordinance

The Duncan Comprehensive Plan is intended to serve as a policy guide for elected officials and advisory bodies for decision-making on issues affecting the Village’s future development.  The Plan is also intended to serve as a guide and reference tool for citizens and developers working to improve the community and to make decisions on investments in the community.
